Deployment rings: automated progressive rollout
Optional: automate update propagation
Two assignment types per ring
The application is made available in the Intune portal. The user chooses when to install.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about automated Intune deployment.
How long does it take to deploy an app to 200 devices?
About 5 minutes. Select the application from the catalog, click Deploy. The .intunewin package is generated and uploaded automatically to Intune. No manual packaging required.
Is it compatible with my existing Azure AD groups?
Yes. You assign each application to your Entra ID groups, with two modes per ring: available (user installs when ready) or required (automatically pushed to target devices).
Can I test an update before everyone else?
Yes, thanks to deployment rings: the update rolls out first to the pilot ring (IT team), then early adopters, then production. Each stage has a configurable delay. You can pause at any time from the dashboard.
How does CVE detection work on your applications?
Automatic CVE scanning on all deployed applications. On Pro and MSP plans, real-time alerts via Teams or Slack when a vulnerability is detected, plus a periodic CVE newsletter. Scan is included in all plans.
PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) is the open-source standard for silent Windows application packaging. AutoAppsDeploy pre-validates 94+ Intune-compatible PSADT scripts, tested on the latest app versions, ready to deploy across your MSP tenants.
